I don't mind going to the dentist anymore, (even when I need dental work done) since I have been going to Carter Family Dentistry! Drs. Stephen and Scott Carter, along with their staff, are very professional, friendly, and caring! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Carter Family Dentistry is a wonderful and friendly dentist and staff. My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Carter for 41 years and our children have been patients for over 20 years. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel so comfortable when you are there. We moved several times over the years and we would drive any distance to continue seeing Dr. Carter and staff. I can't imagine going to anyone else and having this incredible experience.

If you are looking for a dental practice that provides outstanding care - this is the place, They are both professional and caring. . Can'r go wrong becoming one of their patients. You won't find a better dental practice.

I'm truly amazed at the service I received today. I brought my wife in for her dental work, and I asked the receptionist about cleaning my teeth. I was expecting to make an appointment. But they had an immediate opening and I got my teeth cleaned right away. The lady doing the work was fantastic. She did a great job and was very professional. Carter Family Dentistry was really a great place for my dental work.

Since finding Carter Family Dentistry, I actually enjoy going to the dentist! I can't say enough great things about Drs. Stephen and Scott Carter and their staff. If you are looking for a new dentist that is gently and treats you like family, then I highly recommend giving them a try!

Excellent dental care going into my 50th year with Dr. Stephan Carter since his early practice years. He is skillful, knowledgeable, and has managed for me to keep all my teeth into my 80’s! The staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienists are kind, efficient and thorough. The best of the best!

My family has been using Carter Family Dentistry for over 20 years. Dr. Stephen Carter maintains a youthful appearance, although he has been practicing dentistry for over 50 years and has no plans to retire. His son Scott is an oral surgeon that helps to meet most of your dental needs. It is a very family oriented business and I can’t say enough good things about them. The dental hygienist are very knowledgeable and personable and do everything to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend!

My wife has been a patient of Doctor Carter for almost 40 years, even though he has made several location changes over those years. I must add that each time he moved his practice, the location was for the better. Better facilities, patient parking friendly and easy to get to. I have been his patient for over 30 years. He is, as well as his son (Scott) in my opinion have no equals in their profession. The staff at Carter Family Dentistry are professionals, courteous, and are ways pleasant to converse with. I cannot express enough how well Dr. Stephen Carter and Dr. Scott Carter have taken care of my wife, daughter and myself over the years. During the time Dr. Carter has been our Family Dentist, we have had emergencies on weekend and Holidays. Dr. Carter has always at those times opened his office and treated those emergencies. I cannot ever see my wife and I ever not being Dr. Carters patients.

I have a fear of going to the dentist. Nothing personal because the Carter's are wonderful professionals! My last visit was a cleaning and it was done by Meaghan. She was great...............She put me at ease and made me feel calm. I hope she is there a long time.................Thank you all for a fearless visit!!!! Honesty. That is the most important thing. Knowledge and skill. Extremely important to get the job done right. Kind and friendly. You don’t want an angry grouch working in your mouth. I’ve seen several dentists in my lifetime, and there’s always one thing missing…. Until now. Dr. Scott Carter checks off all the boxes, and then some. He allows me to be part of the decision for my care, which is huge. As far as hygienists go….. they get 5-stars, too! I’ve had my teeth cleaned by two sweet ladies there, and they both are terrific at what they do, with wonderful personalities to boot. And since I’m here, the receptionists are super sweet and efficient. I’m not going anywhere else. This is 100% the best place. Major kudos to the whole team.

Wow. Very impressed with my all around experience. From the front desk staff, to the assistants, to Dr. Stephen Carter, I was treated wonderfully. Everyone was extremely kind. Dr. Carter was nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. This will absolutely be where I will continue to go and where I will recommend anyone/everyone to go for dental care.

This is an excellent dental office. I had an excellent experience starting with making my appointment over the phone and excellent service during the appointment. The staff is very polite and personal. The office is clean and neat. Dr. Scott was very polite and gave me excellent service. This was my very first visit and I am so grateful I got to finally find a dental office I am satisfied with. I give you a 5 star rating with no problem!!! My wife and I had our first visit with Carter Family Dentistry last week and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We had been going to another dentist office locally for years and our experience with that practice wasn't great. We made the move to Carter Family based on several recommendations from friends in the area. The feel of gratitude and the welcoming environment is evident from the moment you step into the office. It is a very warm feeling and my wife and I both mentioned it reminded us of the family dentistry's we went to as kids growing up. The staff was incredibly friendly and treated you as if you were family. Our only complaint was we didn't make the switch to them sooner!

I am a trauma survivor coupled with situational anxiety. I had not taken care of my teeth because of the intense panic that even calling a dental practice would leave me to cope with. When it came time that I HAD to seek dental services I started calling around. The Carter Family Dentistry group listened to me about past trauma and why I had so much anxiety. The front office staff understands my needs when I come in for a visit and make me feel safe. Dr. Carter has also taken the time to learn my specific needs and meets them every time. They are the most compassionate while also being the most professional dental practice that I have ever visited. Past trauma can keep a lot of victims from seeking services due to the nature of the dental services (position of chair, proximity to mouth, etc) and I was one of those survivors. Carter Family Dentist changed my life by helping me take care of my dental needs. No really...they are THAT good! Thank you Carter Family Dentistry!

I chipped my two front teeth and needed an emergency appointment to have the bonding repaired...I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Stephen Carter the very next day. My appointment was very prompt, everyone was very professional...and Dr. Carter has an exceptional bedside manner...he was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I have scheduled my son with Dr. Carter since my visit...we have definitely found our new family dentist.

I absolutely love this dental practice. I had a bad experience with a pediatric dental practice in Grayson,GA and began looking for a new dentist for my sons (7 and 17 years of age). I went on Yelp.com and Google to look for reviews and came across Carter Family Dentistry and decided to call into the office. From the time that they answered the phone I was sold on this place. EXCELLENT customer service coupled with kind and honest professional dental advice. Caleb & Cameron Carter have found a new dental home. Going to the dentist can be a scary thing for adults, so a dentist that can win over kids is a winner in my book. I highly recommednd Carter Family Dentistry.

Dr. Scott Carter and his assistant are just simply the best! I have never had a dentist that focused on my comfort above all. I never felt any pain and my dental work was done before I knew it. He always calls to see how I’m getting along after the appointment. Again, he’s simply the best!

For years I have been shame of my smile. I learn to speak with my bottom lip and adjust my speaking due to the crooked and pointed teeth I had. In less than 2 hours Dr.Carter fix my condition and gave me a smile I am so proud to display. I was shock and impress with the speed of service and loving care. He gave me temporary teeth that were beautiful; 2 weeks later replacing them permanently. I am so happy and overwhelm with my new look. I smile more now and my family love the confidence it has given me. A smile mean so much and I was bless to have found this practice. They will be my Dentist for life....I rate them excellent in service ,professional knowledge and performance.
